Brennan Mulcahey is an experienced investment and board professional with a strong focus on growth capital and technology-enabled services. Currently serving as a Partner at 424 Capital, Brennan has also taken leadership roles as Chairman of the Board at multiple organizations including VaLogic Bio, PTP, and LearnWell, along with co-chairing the board at Alatus Solutions. Brennan's previous roles include directorship at CSSHealth and partnership at Brook Venture Partners, focusing on healthcare IT and technology services. Brennan holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, as well as a degree in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester.
