Saif Mahmood has extensive experience in broadcasting and technical management, currently serving as a Sub-Contractor at the Broadcasting Board of Governors, focusing on the Iraq region since August 2009. Mahmood is responsible for the installation and management of FM radio stations, including Radio Sawa Iraq and Radio VOA, as well as overseeing UHF and VHF television stations such as Al-Hurra-Iraq TV, while also leading teams at various transmission sites across Iraq. In addition to this role, Mahmood has been a Freelance Business Engineering Team Lead since November 2010 and previously worked as a Broadcast Supervisor and IT Manager at Salahaddin TV Network from August 2008 to June 2014. Mahmood’s experience also includes serving as Technical Support Manager at GSISCO, where responsibilities encompassed IT helpdesk support and the installation of over 200 VSAT terminals. Mahmood holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tikrit University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
