James Malcolm is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Broadcast Virtual since July 2023, James is responsible for financial leadership in the virtual advertising sector for live sports events. Prior to this, James held the positions of CFO and COO at togetherAI from December 2020 to June 2023, overseeing financial and operational activities for a conversational AI startup. James founded CFOs on Demand, a consultancy offering CFO services to high-growth SMEs and startups, from July 2016 to December 2020. Additional roles include part-time CFO at Total Synergy, Senior Commercial Manager at Optus, and Finance Director at Skype, among others. James obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Management from Australian Catholic University and is a member of CPA Australia.
