Luke Morrow is a product manager with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently at Broadbean Technology since July 2022, Luke is leading the development of an AI Talent Acquisition Platform targeting global enterprise companies. Prior to this role, Luke founded Udrafter® Ltd, a startup aimed at eliminating unpaid internships, and served as a recruitment partner at Computershare UK, successfully filling over 300 technical roles during the establishment of their global technology headquarters. Luke also specialized in software development recruitment at REED and has prior experience in fundraising for Make-A-Wish Australia as well as roles as a technician at Blyth+Blyth Consulting Engineers. Luke holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Robert Gordon University.
