Rolando Jainar Jr. is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in failure analysis and system engineering. Currently serving as a Failure Analysis Engineer at BTCPower since September 2020, Jainar has a solid background that includes a role as a System Engineer at Fastech and a Board Repair Specialist at Teradyne. At Teradyne, Jainar specialized in component-level troubleshooting, board damage assessments, and debugging of failing channels, while also creating projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Jainar's technical expertise is supported by knowledge in FLEX and EAGLE Test Systems, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2014.
