Seymour Talpert has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Owner of BRM BRANDS, a meat and poultry processing plant specializing in fully cooked products for the foodservice and retail supermarket industries since May 1985. Prior to this, Seymour Talpert held the position of Executive Chairman at The Gallery Grill from August 1978 to January 1988 and owned MIKES KITCHEN GREENSIDE in Johannesburg from January 1976 to August 1978. Additionally, Seymour Talpert managed both the Tollman Wilderness Hotel and the Fourways Garden Hotel between 1974 and 1974. Seymour Talpert's educational background includes attendance at King David Victory Park in Johannesburg.
