T.J. McKeever, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. T.J. started their career as an Engineering Intern at PW Grosser in 2013, where they gained valuable project experience in geothermal energy implementation and surveyed fueling stations for NYSERDA. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Bowne AE&T Group, where they assisted a Professional Engineer in civil and surveying projects, including site surveys for a conduit-installment project with New York University. During this time, they also developed client-servicing skills. In 2016, T.J. joined JLL as an Associate Manager, Projects, and worked there until 2018. At JLL, they played a role in managing various projects. In 2018, they moved to Hollister Construction Services as a Project Manager, a position they held until 2019. Currently, T.J. is employed at Brixmor Property Group as a Project Manager.

T.J. McKeever, P.E. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Design from James Madison University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. T.J. also has a B.S. in Engineering with a minor in Business/Commerce from the same university during the same period.

In terms of additional certifications, T.J. McKeever obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in February 2023. T.J. also completed the "Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Analysis" course from LinkedIn in May 2023 and the "Communicating with Confidence" course from LinkedIn in June 2021.
