Emily began their career as a Cashier/Sales at The Shady Lamp Shoppe in 2008, where they developed skills in customer service, organization, and basic math.
In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Relationships and Stress Psychology Research Lab until 2013.
From 2013 to 2014, Emily worked as a Hostess at A.W. Shucks, gaining experience in managing customer seating and assisting with restaurant operations.
In 2014, they joined the Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center as a Research Support Assistant. Emily contributed to a grant-funded project focused on using artificial intelligence to enhance interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. Emily developed characters and scenarios, completed discourse analysis, and tested the AI application.
Emily also worked as a Video Annotator at VideoMining Corporation for a brief period in 2015, where they transcribed observed behaviors from digital videos for data processing purposes.
In 2016, Emily joined Lux-Living LLC & Flame Investments LLC as a Coordinating Director & Property Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing property management operations and coordinating various tasks.
Most recently, Emily started working as an Account Specialist at Brixmor Property Group in 2022, where they are currently engaged in their role.

Emily Chukusky completed their education at Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended New Hope-Solebury High School from 2005 to 2009, but did not earn any specific degree or field of study. In May 2012, Emily also obtained certification in the IRB Social and Behavioral Human Subjects Research Course from the Institutional Review Board.
