Gloria Salmeron, MBA, currently serves as the VP of People Operations at Brivo Inc., leading organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture initiatives since 2018. Prior to this role, Gloria held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement strategies, and collaborating on staffing needs. Earlier experience also includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at Network for Good and various positions in staffing and human resources at companies such as Ultimate Staffing, Global Employment Solutions, and MedStar Health. Gloria holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an A.A. in Business from Montgomery College.
