VP Of Customer Care at Brivity

Savannah Dowe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Savannah started their career at Zumiez as a Keyholder from an unspecified start date until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Rudy's Barbershop as a Manager, where they were involved in various activities such as organizing local band events and creating their own product line. Following that, they joined Goorin Bros., Inc. in 2013 as a Shopkeeper and Store Manager, contributing to the growth of the iconic hat brand until 2017. In 2017, they became a Success Manager at Brivity, a role they held until 2018 before being promoted to Director of Customer Support. From 2018 to 2022, they served in this role before being promoted again to VP of Customer Care. In 2022, they additionally took on the role of VP of Customer Care - Tech Division at PLACE, a position they currently hold.
