Dr. Heidi G. serves as the QSHE Manager at Britvic plc since July 2024, overseeing quality and health and safety functions at the flagship Rugby site. Previously, Dr. G. held the position of Head of Technical and Responsible Business at Samworth Brothers, where strategic leadership was provided across the meals division. Extensive experience includes managing quality and food safety initiatives at PepsiCo, serving as Technical Director at Long Clawson Dairy, and consulting through Heidi Gough Ltd. Education includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
