Sean Bailey is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner Operator of British Swim School Northeast Orlando since April 2022, Sean focuses on fostering a love for swimming in individuals of all ages and abilities. Prior to this role, Sean held significant positions within the US Navy, including Command Master Chief at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, where leadership extended to 2,400 personnel and 164,000 service members, and CMDCM aboard USS NITZE, providing critical advisory support. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from Liberty University, Sean combines military discipline with a commitment to public service and community engagement.
