Paul Horner is the Franchise Owner of British Swim School Jersey Shore, a position held since December 2017, which reflects a transition from a corporate executive role in a Fortune 50 company in New York City to a focus on community service and personal fulfillment through water survival and swimming instruction. Prior to this, Paul served as Corporate Vice President of Information Technology at New York Life Insurance Company from 2005 to 2016, overseeing multiple strategic IT projects, and held various leadership roles within the IT department, including leading efforts on business resilience and continuity planning. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University - Camden.
