Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at British Sugar since September 2021, Tracy previously spent over three decades at John Lewis & Partners, occupying various roles including Senior Commercial Operations Manager, Internal Communications Manager, Operations Manager, Retail Department Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
