Lucy Gardiner is an experienced risk data management professional with a robust background in healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Datix and Risk Data Manager at British Pregnancy Advisory Service since June 2021, Lucy previously held the role of Risk Systems Manager at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust from May 2018 to June 2021, and Patient Safety Reporting Lead at NHS Improvement from May 2009 to May 2018.
