Victoria Turner is an experienced area manager currently working at the British Heart Foundation since May 2024, following a seven-year tenure at Oxfam where responsibilities included managing 17 shops in Merseyside and Lancashire and leading a team of over 70 volunteers. Victoria demonstrated a strong ability to increase turnover by 17% in the first year at Oxfam while fostering community engagement and team development. Prior to these roles, a varied career included freelance writing and proofreading, positions in financial advisement, project tracking, and administrative duties within the British Army. Victoria holds degrees in International Studies and History from The Open University and the University of Wolverhampton, respectively.
