Kathryn Jackson is an experienced Risk Manager currently at the British Heart Foundation, where responsibilities include implementing the Risk Management framework and fostering a culture of risk awareness. Previous roles include serving as Member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Risk and Internal Audit Committee at Wandsworth Oasis, focusing on governance and risk mitigation. At Girlguiding, Kathryn held dual roles as Enterprise Risk Manager and Planning Performance and Risk Manager, where achievements included developing a comprehensive Risk Management Strategy and a Performance Management Framework. Kathryn's extensive background in performance management spans various organizations, including Westminster Drug Project, Turning Point, Lifeline, the Department of Communities and Local Government, and Public Health England. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in History from De Montfort University.
