Laura Millard

Head Of Customer Engagement at British Gas

Laura Millard has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Laura started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Hunt in 2008 and then worked as a Principal Consultant at Absolute Consulting from 2009 to 2010. Following that, Laura worked at Ladbrokes as a CRM Analyst from 2010 to 2011, and then as a Lead CRM Executive from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to Waitrose, where they worked as a Campaign Analyst until 2014. Laura then joined John Lewis Partnership, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst from 2014 to 2016 and Campaign Execution & Analytics Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at British Gas as the Senior Manager of Interaction Delivery, a role that they have held since 2018, and as the Head of Customer Engagement, a position they started in December 2021.

Laura Millard attended Presdales School from 1997 to 2004. Laura then went on to study at the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish.
