James Muir has extensive experience in the energy industry, having worked at both British Gas and npower. At npower, James held various roles such as Senior Stranding Analyst, Deployment Data & Systems Manager, Commercial Developer - Smart Metering, and Commercial Analyst. James was responsible for managing the Smart eligibility of customers by processing data from core systems and overseeing the deployment of Smart Meters through the Deployment Optimisation Tool.
