Eric Mbaziira has accumulated a wealth of experience in various roles within British Gas and Centrica since 1996. As a Service Design and Introduction Manager, Interim Service Design Manager, and Project Manager, Eric has led numerous information management and integration projects. With a background in call center management, process analysis, and business analysis, Eric has successfully implemented projects such as the Clarity PPM tool deployment and Smart Metering credit functionality rollout. Their educational background includes a BSc in English Literature, Law, and Economic History.
