Pete Hogg has extensive experience in customer management, cultural relations, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Management at the British Council since January 2009, Pete leads a global network responsible for delivering an £800m English and Exams business across 115 countries. Previous roles at the British Council include Customer Insight Manager and Business Development Manager, focusing on customer journey design and strategic management. Additional experience includes a position as Treasurer for Plastic-Free Dunfermline, along with various teaching and training roles in English language education. Pete Hogg holds a MA Hons in Applied Linguistics and French, a PGCE in Modern Languages, and a DipTESOL.
