Joanne Jolley is an experienced marketing and communications professional in the arts sector, currently serving as Head of Marketing for the Arts at the British Council since August 2018. Previously, Joanne held positions at the British Council such as Lead Campaigns Marketing Manager and Interim Head of Marketing and Communications for the Arts. Joanne has a strong background in developing communication strategies, having worked as Communications Manager for the Arts at the British Council and as Communications Manager at Create London, where a notable success included managing a Kickstarter campaign that raised over £55,000. Additional experience includes roles at The Architecture Foundation as Development & Communications Manager and Development and Marketing Coordinator. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Art from Falmouth University, completed in 2005.
