Kevin Shin possesses a solid background in electrical engineering and project coordination, demonstrated through diverse roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Distribution Design Tech Trainee at BC Hydro since January 2025, Kevin previously worked as a Project Coordinator at Plan Group Inc. on significant projects like the New St. Paul's Hospital. Earlier experience includes a Junior Engineer position at Intelligent Imaging Systems, where Kevin contributed to the design and implementation of roadside inspection systems. Kevin's earlier roles at Plan Group involved drafting and document control tasks, while a long tenure as General Manager at Strathmore Auto Spa provided hands-on mechanical and technical experience. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Calgary and a diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
