Philippa Oakley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of chiropractic care, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). As the Director of Oakley Coaching since December 2016, Philippa specializes in EDI consulting with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare. Philippa serves as a Board Member of the British Chiropractic Association and as a Coach and Mentor for the NHS South West Leadership Academy, where commitment to leadership development enhances patient care and outcomes.
