Richard Seymore is an experienced professional in trade and investment, currently serving as the Regional Director for Invest Northern Ireland, focusing on mainland China, Hong Kong, and Mongolia since August 2021. Seymore is also an Ex-Officio member of the Technology & Innovation Committee and a member of the Creative Industries & Marketing Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, where advocacy and knowledge-sharing in creative sectors are key priorities. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Manager at Britannica International School in Shanghai, Senior Manager for International Business at Sage China, Project Manager and Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School, and Divisional Projects Manager at Rentokil Initial. Seymore holds a Master's Degree in East Asian Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's Degree from Lancaster University.
