Ricardo Richardson is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at British Caribbean Insurance Company Ltd. since June 2021, Ricardo previously held a similar position at Carnival Cruise Line and has also worked as a Learning and Development Consultant. Ricardo's background includes teaching Information Technology and Business Studies at the Ministry of Education, Youth & Information, where responsibilities encompassed student support and communication with parents. Ricardo's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from The University of the West Indies and various certifications in organizational development and training. Ricardo has a proven track record in employee engagement, performance management, and optimizing training operations within diverse organizational settings.
