Rich Ramsdale is currently the Head of Pathways, Competitions, and Events at Paddle UK, a position held since 2024. They previously served as the Head of Talent at British Canoeing from 2017 to 2018, along with roles as Talent Pathway Manager and Lead TID Coach Canoe Slalom. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Quality and Excellence from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, between 2004 and 2007.
