Waqas Khan is an experienced Senior HR Business Partner in Global Operations at BAT since November 2009, overseeing Supply Network Operations and Leaf. Their career spans various senior HR roles, including Human Resources Director for a public listed company with comprehensive operations, and Head of HR across multiple significant markets. Waqas has held strategic positions in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on talent attraction and development. Prior to BAT, Waqas served as Vice President HRBP & Transformation at the Royal Bank of Scotland, leading HR initiatives during a major acquisition. Waqas began career in the retail sector with Shell, progressing from Retail Operations Manager to Retail & Commercial HR Manager. Education credentials include an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a BA in Economics from Government College University, Lahore.
