Mohammad Shahedur Rahman has extensive experience in manufacturing and product development, currently serving as SMD Line Lead, PMD Manager, IWS Process Lead, and Team Leader in the BAT company since September 2018. Prior to this, Mohammad held the position of Assistant Director of Home Appliance R&D at Walton Micro-Tech Corporation Ltd., where responsibilities included coordinating the development of home and commercial blenders. Mohammad started their career as a Jr. Technical Executive at Mutual Food Products Ltd., managing production with over 150 workers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic University of Technology and a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Chittagong College.
