Jawwad Sadiq is an experienced professional currently serving as a Cell Manager at BAT since November 2016, with prior roles including Project Engineer, Maintenance Lead, Capability Development Lead, IWS Process Lead, and Team Leader in the SMD division. Key responsibilities include project management, maintaining machine health, capability development through training and mentoring, and improving process reliability. Prior to BAT, Jawwad completed an internship at Robi Axiata Limited, working on the "Enterprise DHCP Modernization & Backup Expansion" project. Additionally, Jawwad has held various leadership positions in student organizations at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, including President of the Debating Club and General Secretary of the Energy Club. Jawwad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BUET and completed HSC at Cantonment Public School and College, Rangpur, earning a GPA of 5 in Science.
