Georgina Anne Louis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as the L&D Services Manager at BAT since February 2024, Georgina previously held the role of AVP, Learning Business Partner at OCBC Bank from November 2022 to February 2024, and worked as a Senior Learning Solution Specialist at Reckitt. Prior experience includes significant positions at bp, where responsibilities ranged from supporting stakeholder learning needs as a Senior Advisor to managing a large-scale Learning Services team. Georgina's career began at IBM Malaysia Sdn Bhd, with roles focusing on learning program management and cost analysis, and also includes a role as Senior Executive in E-Banking Operations at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Georgina holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Management and Science University.
