Emmanuel Vaubourg is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in transforming IT delivery and driving innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Technology Delivery Transformation at British American Tobacco since January 2020, Emmanuel enhances the integration and efficiency of technology delivery teams while promoting agile methodologies and digital skills. Previous roles include Head of Roche Global IT Solution Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Chief Architect at Roche Tissue Diagnostics, and Head of Instrument Software Development at Roche Diagnostics, where Emmanuel was instrumental in developing integrated solutions and software for diagnostic instruments. Emmanuel also held significant positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Head of Application Development and Head of IS/IT for the APAC region, focusing on application integration and enterprise architecture. Emmanuel holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology from EDC Paris Business School and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, respectively.
