Dominik Wudarczyk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Denmark and Sweden at BAT since November 2024. Previously, Dominik worked as a Nordics HR Business Partner at Unilever from August 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and implementing cultural transformation initiatives. Prior to Unilever, Dominik co-founded Vaquita Technologies, securing substantial funding for water monitoring solutions, and held key internships in quality assurance at Novo Nordisk and portfolio management research at Sony Europe. Dominik's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees in Entrepreneurship, International Relations, and European Studies from prestigious institutions such as Lund University and Tsinghua University, alongside a Bachelor's degree from the University of Warsaw.
