Tom Reed is a seasoned professional in digital content and creative leadership, currently serving as the Head of Digital Content at British Airways since May 2019. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Creative Director and Senior Copywriter at AKQA, where responsibilities included managing the Nike Football global account. A diverse freelance career spanned roles such as Creative Director, Editor, and Online Content Manager for various companies, including Microsoft, where Tom was Editor for MSN News & Sport from 2006 to 2008. Tom holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism from the London School of Journalism and a degree in History from the University of Leeds.
