Tom Phillips is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security Architecture at British Airways since May 2024, Tom previously held positions at Square Enix as an Information Security Specialist and Principal Security Architect from October 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, experience includes working at PwC as a Manager in Cyber Security Architecture and a Senior Associate in Cyber Security between April 2018 and October 2020. Tom's career at Virgin Media spanned from November 2001 to April 2018, where responsibilities included monitoring server infrastructure and network performance for millions of customers, as well as roles in technical support and engineering. Tom is also a co-owner of Southerndownhill.com, Britain's busiest downhill mountain biking website, operational since January 2002. Earlier career highlights include a technical support role at Virgin Media and a computer technician position at Azteq Computers Ltd.
