Thomas Faniel served as a Leadership Coach for the Hartford Board of Education from August 2007 until June 2018, gaining extensive experience in educational leadership during that period. After retirement in June 2018, Thomas expressed enjoyment in the professional journey. Thomas also pursued education at Livingstone College in 2019.
