Louise Smith is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Bristol Rovers Football Club since August 2020. Louise is also the Managing Director of Louise Smith HR Limited, a consultancy established in April 2016 that focuses on enhancing team performance and business outcomes through tailored HR initiatives. Prior to these roles, Louise held significant positions including Senior Programme Manager and HR Business Partner at North Bristol NHS Trust from December 2006 to April 2015, HR Manager at Lloyds TSB from July 2002 to December 2006, and Regional HR Adviser at Bradford & Bingley from April 1999 to July 2002.
