Daisy Berger is an experienced professional in change management and operational excellence, currently serving as Associate Director for Change and Transformation at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading global change management efforts. Prior to this, Daisy held multiple roles at Celgene, including Associate Project Manager for Commercial Excellence and Internal Operational Excellence, where contributions included leading change management initiatives. Daisy began a career in project management with roles such as Communication Project Manager at CMM Consulting and Event Project Manager at Dierickx Events. Daisy holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with a focus on communication from Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Edinburgh Business School, and a DUT in Marketing from Université Côte d'Azur.
