Ashima Johar is a seasoned QA Specialist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently employed at Bristol-Myers Squibb since November 2019, Ashima specializes in deviation review and approval. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Quality and Management Trainee Quality at CSL Plasma from May 2018 to November 2019. Earlier work involved research assistance at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, Nano-Materials & Bio-Medicine Laboratory, and Bio-Chemistry, focusing on advanced materials and anti-tumor molecule characterization.
