Aleksandra Halas is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leading human resources functions across multiple regions. Currently serving as Associate HR Director for Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary at Bristol Myers Squibb since July 2014, Aleksandra has held roles such as HR Lead for the Central Europe Cluster and HR Manager for Poland. Notable experience includes a six-month tour of duty as HR Lead in Brazil. Prior to the current position, Aleksandra worked as an HR Generalist and Associate HR Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2009 to 2013, and as an HR Coordinator from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in the career, experience as an HR Specialist at Renault was also gained. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and a Master in Management and Economics from HEC Paris, with ongoing studies at Erickson College International.
