William Muto has had a diverse career in market research and business intelligence. William began their career as a Marketing Consultant at Insight Marketing Group in 1991, before moving on to work as a Senior Market Research Analyst at Citizens Financial Group from 1995 to 1999. William then joined Archer Market Research Services as a Market Research Manager, where they led a team of research specialists and focused on delivering high-quality market insights to clients. In 2009, Muto became the Director of Market Research at Delphian Consulting Group, where they utilized customer information systems to track product usage and identify new market segments. William continued their career at AAA Northeast as the Senior Manager of Market Research and Business Intelligence, overseeing the implementation of market research strategies to support corporate objectives. Most recently, Muto worked at NexTier Partners as a Business Strategy Advisor, enabling clients to operate at a strategic level through complex research designs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Bristol County Savings Bank, where they lead the development and implementation of data and analytics policies, procedures, and programs.
William Muto obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management from Rhode Island College between 1988 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration Marketing from Bryant University, completing the program from 1995 to 1999.
