Paul Baker is an experienced professional in the field of public transport and transport operations, currently serving as Group Manager for Public Transport at Bristol City Council since October 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Transport Operations Team Leader at West of England Combined Authority from September 2020 to October 2024. Paul also served as Surface Access Strategy Manager at Bristol Airport from April 2018 to September 2020 and as Integrated Transport Unit Manager at North Somerset Council from August 2009 to March 2018.
