Be McCarroll FCIH is an experienced housing professional currently serving as a Trustee for Bristol Charities since November 2023. Previous roles include Executive Director of Housing and Development at United Response and Head of Rented Housing at Anchor Hanover Group. Be has also held various leadership positions such as Interim Head of Older Persons Services at Pobl Group and Head of Tenancy Services at Bristol City Council. Extensive consulting experience includes positions at TPAS England and the Housing Quality Network, focusing on resident involvement and service reviews. Be holds a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Professional Diploma in Housing from De Montfort University.
