Lael Berkowitz is an experienced professional in eCommerce sales and operations, currently serving as the eCommerce Sales & Operations Manager at Brist Mfg since May 2019. In this role, Lael has developed relationships with over 30 vendors and five screen print/embroidery contractors, effectively shifting 25% of business to external production sources. Responsibilities include managing and processing 100-150 orders and 400+ SKUs weekly, overseeing the complete order fulfilment process.
