Michael Duckworth has extensive experience in the audio-visual and events management industry, currently serving as the Director of Technology & Innovation at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre since March 2013. Prior roles include Audio Visual Sales Manager and Production Manager within the same organization, where responsibilities involved collaborating with sales teams to develop technical direction and sales collateral. Previously, from April 2008 to February 2013, Michael held the position of Senior Production Coordinator at the Darwin Convention Centre, focusing on managing production operations and budget control. Michael began their career as a Senior AV Technician at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and Gearhouse, accumulating valuable technical expertise and operational experience throughout various roles since 1995.
