Jay Rollins is a distinguished professional in the commercial real estate finance sector, currently serving as the Founder of JCR Capital since 2006, where the company has raised two private equity real estate funds and managed numerous real estate investments. As EVP and Chairman of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners since April 2018, and a Member of the Board of Directors at PEG Companies since September 2020, Rollins contributes leadership and expertise to these organizations. An author of "Commercial Real Estate Uncovered," published in 2014, Rollins designed the book as a training tool and desk reference for real estate investing. Previously, Rollins held significant roles, including Managing Director at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where a $1 billion bridge loan platform was created, and President-Founder of Eastern Realty Corporation, which acquired $400 million in distressed real estate assets. Rollins holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Virginia Tech.
