Garen Staglin has a diverse range of work experience. Garen is the Proprietor of Staglin Family Vineyard, a family partnership dedicated to producing high-quality wines. Garen is also the Chairman and Founder of One_Mind, a leading fund-raising organization focused on finding causes and cures for mental illnesses. As the founder and Co-Chairman of the Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI), Staglin is involved in developing financing mechanisms to support brain science breakthroughs. Additionally, they serve as a Senior Advisor at FTV Capital, where they are involved in co-investing and directing portfolio companies. Staglin is a member of the Stewardship Board of the World Economic Forum's Shaping the Future of Health and Healthcare Platform. Garen is also a Director at SVB Financial Group and a Vice Chairman and Director/Investor at Profit Velocity Solutions. Garen Staglin obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Nuclear, from UCLA. Garen attended UCLA from 1962 to 1966. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. From 1966 to 1968, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Systems Analysis.
