Steve Simitzis is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the food tech and pet care industries. Currently, Steve serves as a Partner at Solvable Syndicate, with additional roles as a Venture Scout and Mentor at Brinc, a Startup Advisor for Consciously Planted, and an Advisor for VIRCHEW. Previously, Steve held key positions at Wild Earth, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer, where leadership in ecommerce and data analytics was prominent, alongside the establishment of Cell Valley Labs to foster innovation in foodtech. Previous ventures include being the founder and CEO of Treat Inc., which was acquired by Mars Petcare, and holding significant roles at Mars and Cluster, where turnaround and profitability were achieved. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
