Andy Timko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in value creation and talent management across various sectors, including B2B software, health tech, energy tech, fintech, and retail tech. Currently serving as the Value Creation & Head of Talent at M33 Growth since June 2020, Andy collaborates with executives to drive strategic initiatives such as executive recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, and market expansion. In addition to this role, Andy holds multiple board observer positions at companies like Brillion, SmartKargo, Contruent, Thanx, and L2L, and has previously served as a Chief Operating Officer at Catch Co. and Vice President of Operations at AIM Clinics.
