Maksim Chepel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Maksim is currently working as a Sr. Principal Architect at Brillio since May 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to May 2022, Maksim worked at Cedrus Digital as the Head of Intelligent Document Automation, where they led a team focused on automating document data extraction using innovative approaches. Maksim also worked as a Technical Team Lead at Cedrus Digital from March 2020 to September 2021, leading a project for healthcare insurance clients involving forms digitization and data extraction.

Before joining Cedrus Digital, Maksim worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Principal Software Engineer from January 2019 to December 2019. During this time, they were part of a team working on developing a fully automated medical blood testing system.

From November 2017 to June 2019, Maksim held the position of Principal Development Leader at Datapult Inc., where they led the development of a health and fitness product called "Achu" that focused on illness prediction and prevention using proprietary algorithms.

Prior to that, Maksim worked at IBM as the Chief Software Architect for IBM Datacap from August 2010 to September 2018. Maksim played a key role in designing product APIs, SDKs, and frameworks for IBM Datacap.

Maksim's earliest work experience was at Datacap, where they served as a Technical Team Leader from May 1996 to August 2010. In this role, they developed an innovative GUI for processing paper documents and worked on various aspects of application development and testing.

Overall, Maksim Chepel has a strong background in software architecture, development leadership, and automation, with expertise in diverse industries such as healthcare, document automation, and medical testing.

Maksim Chepel obtained their Master's degree from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov from 1992 to 1996.
